No Refunds Policy

All purchases on NGU Edge are final and non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Subscription Plans

All subscription purchases (Standard, Pro, Unlimited) are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Initial subscription payments
  • Recurring monthly charges
  • Subscription upgrades
  • Partial month usage

2. AI Credit Packs

All credit pack purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, credits are added to your account immediately and cannot be refunded, including unused credits. Credits are used across AI features, including AI chat, AI voice calls, and screenshot review.

3. Trial Period

We offer a 7-day free trial of our Standard plan features. We strongly encourage you to use this trial period to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. No payment information is required for the trial.

4. Free Tier

NGU Edge offers a free tier with 20 AI credits per month and unlimited account tracking. Voice AI is a paid-plan feature. We recommend using the free tier to familiarize yourself with the platform's features before making any purchase.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period
  • You will retain access to any purchased AI credits

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical error (proof required)
  • Service completely unavailable for extended periods (30+ consecutive days)
  • Unauthorized charges (must be reported within 24 hours)

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all purchased credits and subscription benefits. We recommend contacting us first to resolve any billing concerns.
